This month in Kulykivka it was our privilege to conduct Provincial Explosive Awareness and Reporting (PEAR) training on behalf of DEG Impulse as part of the develoPPP programme with funding from the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) to a very active and enthusiastic group of District Municipality managers who bravely safeguard their community from explosive threats.
