The Chernihiv volunteer municipality guards received Provincial Explosive Awareness and Reporting (PEAR) training from Global Clearance Solutions (GCS) specialist teams last month, enabling municipal leaders to deploy the latest technology to plan, implement and update cutting-edge protective programmes for local citizens.
GCS thank DEG Impulse, part of the develoPPP programme with funding from the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) for making this training possible.
