Training Academy

In addition to maintenance support, GCS designs thorough operator and mechanical training programs in accordance with exact user requirements and can deliver them at a location of the client’s choice – worldwide, or at our fully equipped training facility in Germany. The duration of training courses can range from two to up to ten weeks, depending on the complexity of the environment, the number of platforms, and the experience of the operators. Our ‘train the trainer’ courses are specifically designed for our clients who have the requirement to train their soldiers themselves. Our ‘refresher training’ or ‘retraining’ provides new skills, methods, and processes required to improve employee performance on the job.
