GCS recently attended the 7th Mine Action Technology Workshop by GICHD, alongside other Mine Action practitioners and technology providers, including national authorities, the UN, and international organisations.

The theme of the 2019 workshop, which was held in Basel, Switzerland was ‘Robotics and Remote Sensing in Mine Action.’ Together, the participants exchanged ideas and experiences on how to best support Mine Action interventions efficiently and effectively with these technologies and looked at some of the operational challenges that the sector faces.

GCS was delighted to have had the opportunity to exhibit the remote-controlled compact GCS-100 platform, with its full range of working attachments at the event.
