Now in its eighth year, the URC comprises an annual series of high-level political events dedicated to the swift recovery and long-term reconstruction of Ukraine, culminating in the Conference in July. The key goal of URC2025 is to raise awareness and mobilise continued international support and investments for the recovery and rebuilding of Ukraine.

During the conference, the Recovery Forum provides an interactive, on-site platform for Ukrainian and international stakeholders – including local and regional authorities, IFIs and Development Banks – to engage in dialogue, share experiences, matchmaking and collaboration on how to foster the participation of the private sector to reconstruction programs and projects.
