Global Clearance Solutions AG (GCS) has completed additional acquisitions to strengthen the jamming capabilities of its recently acquired subsidiary Symlab GmbH.
Global Clearance Solutions AG (GCS) has completed additional acquisitions to strengthen the jamming capabilities of its recently acquired subsidiary Symlab GmbH.
Following the acquisition of Symlab earlier in June, Symlab has taken over the jamming division of Comlab AG, while GCS has acquired Symmetra, a Comlab subsidiary based in Poland specialising in software development, programming and hardware production.
The transactions build on a longstanding cooperation between GCS, Symlab and Comlab and support the continued development of radiofrequency and jamming solutions within GCS�s explosivethreat mitigation portfolio.
Philipp von Michaelis, Chief Executive Officer and cofounder of GCS, said: �Based on our longstanding partnership with Comlab, acquiring these assets was a logical step.
