Order Manager (m/f/d)

Who we are

Mastering the RF spectrum – Symlab AG was founded in 2016 and is growing steadily in the development and production of equipment such as jammers, receivers, transmitters, monitoring and classification devices, radio direction finders and antidrone equipment. Symlab AG, headquartered in Freienbach, is a subsidiary of Global Clearance Solutions AG, which eliminates explosive threats and enables the reconstruction of war-torn regions.

Your Responsibilities

  • Responsible for managing customer orders from order intake through to successful completion

  • Review, enter and maintain customer orders in the ERP system

  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Production and other internal stakeholders to ensure on-time order fulfilment

  • Coordinate and monitor production and delivery schedules and proactively communicate any deviations

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding ongoing order processing

  • Prepare and maintain order status reports and monitor relevant KPIs

  • Facilitate regular coordination meetings with internal and external stakeholders

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of order management processes and workflows

Your Profile

  • Completed technical training (apprenticeship, college degree) in electronics, ideally in communications/high-frequency engineering, with relevant continuing education or a degree in business administration, industrial engineering, or a comparable field

  • Experience in order management, sales support, customer service or a comparable role

  • Strong customer and service orientation

  • Structured, independent and solution-oriented way of working

  • Good communication skills and a collaborative team player with the ability to work across functions

  • Confident user of ERP systems and MS Office applications

  • Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken
