Aftersales Specialist

At our location in Stockach – the gateway to Lake Constance –, we are looking for you to join our team as soon as possible or by arrangement.

Your Responsibilities

  • Erstellung kundenspezifischer Angebote für Ersatzteile, Wartungspakete, Dienstleistungen und System-Upgrades

  • Betreuung internationaler Bestandskunden als verlässliche Ansprechperson für Service‑, Ersatzteil‑und Angebotsanfragen

  • Identifikation und Entwicklung von Potenzialen imAftermarket‑Geschäft, z. B.Serviceverträge,Rahmenverträge, SLA,Upgrades oder Schulungen

  • Enge Abstimmung mit Sales, Technik, Einkauf und Logistik zur optimalen Kundenbetreuung und termingerechten Auftragsabwicklung

  • Ansprechpartner für technische Rückfragen rund um Produkte und Ersatzteile

  • Prüfung von Ersatzteilbestellungen sowie Unterstützung bei der Identifikation passender Komponenten

  • Koordination technischer Kundenanfragen, Reklamationen und Garantiefälle in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Technical‑Support‑Team

  • Mitwirkung bei der Weiterentwicklung von Produkten, Serviceangeboten und Aftersales-Prozessen

Your Profile

  • Technische Ausbildung, technisches Studium oder Weiterbildung zum Techniker; alternativ mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Aftersales‑, Service‑oder Ersatzteilumfeld, idealerweise im Maschinen‑oder Fahrzeugbau und mit internationalem Bezug 

  • Gutes technisches Verständnis, um Ersatzteile, Komponenten und Kundenanforderungen sicher einordnen zu können – ohne selbst tief in die technische Diagnose einsteigen zu müssen

  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Kundenorientierung, kombiniert mit der Fähigkeit, technische und kaufmännische Inhalte verständlich zu vermitteln

  • Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise, hohe Eigenverantwortung und ein sicherer Umgang mit Prioritäten

  • Starke Koordinationsfähigkeit im Austausch mit Sales, Technical Support, Einkauf, Logistik und Technik

  • Sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen (z. B. SAP) sowie gute MS‑Office‑Kenntnisse

  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse für die Kommunikation mit internationalen Kunden und Partnern

  • Internationale Reisebereitschaft im Rahmen der Tätigkeit
